Hello, you don't know me, but my name is Angela Stonebraker and I went through eminent domain fraud and severe abuse in 1992 in Fort Myers, Fla.

To say the least, I was SHOCKED when I stumbled across this "eminent domain scam in Lee County", your case. I reported severe, gross eminent domain abuse in 1992 and 1993 to Congressman Porter Goss and to Senator Foley, who both promised me an investigation, that was never done. Congressman Porter Goss was a promise of investigation made to me, in the newspaper. I made numerous trips to Senator Foley's office in which I turned in a lengthy grievance as well as to Congressman Porter Goss. I also turned in a grievance to the Civil Rights Division in Florida and the Civil Rights Division in Washington DC. as well as to Governor Lawton Chiles, Janet Reno, state attorney. I also made complaints to the FBI on several occasions, only to have them hang up on me. I also made complaints to the Florida Bar and to the Judiciary Committee against my lawyers and the judge, Judge Wallace Pack of the 20th Judicial Circuit Court, who committed SEVERE obstruction of justice all in black and white and I also reported the judge and the Deputy Court Administrator for severe obstruction of justice to the ADA in Washington, of whom took my case, but they BROKE their own Federal ADA law when they did not honor their own law, which I have proof of in black and white. All of this went as a gross miscarriage of justice, IGNORED....to me and to my children, as we were very abused in this process, in which the municipality of Lee County all held hands in committing.

I don't believe that my title transfer of my property into city records was kosher after the judge took it in the Order of Taking. Can you tell me what position Kenneth M. Wilkinson had in 1992 in Fort Myers? I believe that Doug Wilkinson was the Court Administrator of the 20th Judicial Circuit court, the court that violated my rights.
Please, I hope you respond to me. My home was a very modest home that was taken from me, but in excellent condition. It was a historical building, an old army barrack from World War II that my husband and I completely refurbished. It doesn't matter if they take a million dollar property or a hundred thousand dollar property if they have "broken" the law.

I tried to inform the FBI and Washington DC, about how Mayor Smith, his father and some of his cronies all bought up property downtown before the stadium even went in and before anyone even knew that eminent domain was coming in. Even the process server who served us or papers for ED, bought up several properties, even worked out of one of them that was residential and he was paid for it as a "commercial property" even though he did not have a business license to operate his process server business there. The Mayor, father and cronies all paid themselves handsomely for these properties they bought before "eminent domain" A few other people made complaints about this but nothing was ever done about this. Corruption in the worse form.

My children, husband and I were put out of our home, into the street, without another home to go to, given a 24 hour court order to vacate by the same judge, Judge Wallace Pack, who took my home, who presided over my "kangaroo" court, who presided over my "kangaroo" Motion for a New Trial...and who committed severe obstruction of justice all in black and white...when he broke the law by stating a LIE in court against the truth that was written in a court document. The judge outright, knowingly lied in court. Even though reported,nothing was done about this. Same judge who was country club buddies with the Mayor.
